I am very happy with everything you and your team have managed to achieve over the last few months for us – I have been delighted with the smoothness of the implementation and the training given.  We will obviously need to iron out a few ‘niggles’ with the system and our own operating procedures over the next few months but I feel confident that this will be achieved based on the support and professionalism you have shown so far with this project.
